Guest FAQ
To find an apartment on our website, go to the "Search Properties" page, and select the category (Short-term or Yom Tov) in which you want to search. You can filter the results based on your preferences, such as location, price, and amenities.
The Short Term category is for daily rentals at a set price per night, while the Yom Tov category is for rentals during Sukkos and Pesach at a set price per stay and not per night.
Once the host accepts the booking, a small percentage is paid upon booking and the full amount is paid directly to the host upon arrival to the apartment. There are no cancellations after confirmation, so please ensure that you are ready to commit to the rental before confirming the booking.
After you send a booking request, the host has to accept or reject the request. If the request is accepted, you may then confirm the booking.
You will see the host's information, including their name and contact details, after the booking is confirmed. This ensures the privacy and security of both parties.
Yes, you can communicate with the host using our messaging system before confirming the booking. However, you cannot exchange personal contact information until after the booking is confirmed.
We cannot take responsibility for any issues that may arise during your booking and stay. We advise renters to look at reviews prior to booking to ensure that the apartment and host are reputable.
